You can create an automation rule in your Freshdesk account to send a survey Email Survey from Zonka Feedback when a ticket is updated. 

For example, when a ticket status is updated as 'Pending' or 'Resolved,’ you can trigger an NPS or a CSAT survey to your ticket requester. This becomes one easy way to measure your customer’s experience with your agents.
