Trigger a Zonka Survey based on the Deal status

The integration of Zonka Feedback and Pipedrive allows you to send email surveys to prospects or customers. This is very convenient and is also a very important way to analyze customer satisfaction with your service.

What you need:
  • A Zonka Feedback account 
  • A Pipedrive account
  • Once your Pipedrive and Zonka Feedback accounts are connected, Enable the 'Trigger a Zonka Survey based on Deal status' option.
  • You can then choose based on your preference, When a deal is, either won or lost or won/lost, the survey gets triggered.
  • Then you can choose when you want to trigger the email, Send Surveys immediately if a deal is won/lost or after a delay of a specified time.
  • Click on 'Save' and your automation has been successfully added.
