    General Settings

    To manage the general settings for a survey follow the given steps:

    1. Select Surveys from Setup drop-down menu.
    2. Click on Add new survey if you want to manage the general settings for a new survey or select the survey from the list view whose general settings you want to manage.
    3. Click the Settings setting.png from the top right corner.
    4. Click on the General from the settings box flashed on the screen.

    From here you can choose the option of enabling/disabling Click Through Survey. Click Through Survey are the surveys where the survey screen automatically goes to the next screen when the user selects any option. Such type of surveys encourage quick responses from the respondents and reduce survey drop-out rates.

    Note: For enabling Click Through Survey the questions should be single selection questions and not multiple selections or text questions.
