Marking as Urgent and Flagging

For responses requiring urgent actions or attention, you can mark the responses as Urgent or Flag the responses to filter them easily in the Response Inbox. This enables you to quickly view the urgent or flagged responses using Filters in Response Inbox and take quick action or make follow-ups very easy. 

Marking responses as urgent or flagging them is also helpful if you’re collaborating with other team members in your organization and need them to quickly give attention to certain responses. 

Mark as Urgent

Responses that require quick action can be marked as urgent in the Response Inbox. Later all of them can be viewed together by selecting the Urgent filter. To mark a response as urgent follow these steps:

  1. Click on Responses from the top menu.
  2. All the responses will be viewed in the Response Inbox. 
  3. Now click on the Urgent icon of the response that you want to mark as Urgent.

Flag Responses

Flag Responses to easily filter them in the Response Inbox. Responses which require some special attention or raise concern can be flagged and later they can be filtered to be viewed all together.

  1. Click on Responses from the top menu.
  2. All the responses will be viewed in the Response Inbox. 
  3. Now click on the Flag icon of the response that you want to flag.
