Share Response on Social Channels
Zonka Feedback provides the feature of sharing the responses over the social media from within the Response Inbox.
In order to share responses on Social Channels follow these steps:
- Click on Responses from the top menu to access the Response Inbox.
- Click on Action button on the extreme right of the response thread for which you want to send an email.
- From the drop-down menu, select the Share with Twitter/ Share with Facebook option to share the responses on these two social media platforms.
