Understanding Respondent Tracking
Zonka allows you to track your repeat respondents. Repeat respondents are the ones who have re-visited you and left their feedbacks with you again. The ‘Track Respondent’ option allows you to select question fields by which you want to track the repeat respondents. You can choose between the respondent’s Email Field, Mobile Field or Unique ID or all three to track the repeat respondent. If the information in any of these three fields matches respondent’s previous response details then that respondent will be considered as your repeat respondent.
Follow these steps to manage the Respondent Tracking settings:
- Click the Settings on the survey builder.
- A pop-up will appear on the screen, click on Tags from the options on the top of the pop-up.
- Now set which fields you want to use to track repeat respondents under Track Respondents if you want to enable repeat respondent tracking for your survey.
