You can define the permission access for every user individually. There are 4 kinds of roles that define permissions in Zonka; Administrator, Author, Member and Device User. All the roles have different permission accesses, please refer this table for the same-

In order to define the user permissions on Zonka follow these steps:
- Click on Setup from the top menu on the dashboard.
- From the drop-down, choose Team, a list of all the present team members will appear.
- Press edit to edit the user permission from the specific team member’s thread. In order to define permission for a new team member, click on Add a New Team Member.
- Define the user permission as per the options under the Roles & Permission section.
