Understanding Employee Loyalty with NPS Surveys

Employee NPS or eNPS, as popularly know, is a great ways for organizations to measure employee loyalty. Initially NPS was mostly used for customer feedback but was later employed by organizations and employers and has gained a lot of popularity in the organizational domain.

The eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) is very closely linked to Employee Satisfaction and Employee Engagement. However, it is not a comprehensive measure of Employee Engagement and should ideally be used in addition with other questions.

This Employee Net Promoter Score Survey (eNPS) template has been designed to get an insight into employee loyalty and their likelihood to promote your company to their friends and family within 30 seconds to a minute with one simple NPS question along with a follow up question where employees can write their reason for giving you the particular score. This will help you understand why employees are choosing to either recommend or not recommend your brand.

The current survey is anonymous and does not ask for any employee details. But you can customize and personalize the survey to add your brand identity like logo, colors, backgrounds and add questions to better use the template to meet your requirements.
