How is the CSAT score measured?
CSAT is measured on a 0-100% scale. It is calculated by dividing the number of satisfied customers by the total number of respondents. The answer is then multiplied by 100. For example, if 50 customers out of 100 were satisfied, i.e. rated satisfaction as 4 or 5 in the CSAT survey, the CSAT score would be 50%.
