Zonka’s AI Feedback Intelligence can fetch and analyze customer experience data from multiple sources. You can bring in surveys collected via Zonka Feedback platform, upload feedback from CSV files, and connect external sources like Zendesk support tickets, Google Reviews, and Intercom conversations to create a unified view of customer insights.
No installation is needed. Our AI Feedback Intelligence runs in your browser and integrates directly with your existing setup. You’ll be able to access everything through your account once you’re onboarded.
