1. Collecting Feedback on Project Delivery
Arancia began by using customer satisfaction surveys at the end of project engagements. These surveys helped the team understand how clients perceived communication and overall delivery.
The feedback we’re collecting is primarily around project delivery. We want to understand the tone of the client in terms of how the delivery went overall.
This gave Arancia a consistent way to assess delivery quality across engagements.
2. Turning Feedback into Internal Improvements and Opportunities
Client feedback was used to identify specific improvement areas and guide internal conversations with service leads and subject matter experts. It also helped Arancia better understand future client needs without asking directly.
There are specific examples where I can go back to a resource or service line lead and discuss how we could have done things better, not just for that engagement, but from an organizational perspective.”
3. Adapting Survey Distribution with Ongoing Support
As the program evolved, Arancia refined how surveys were shared with clients. With guidance from the Zonka Feedback team, they adjusted distribution to maintain better visibility into responses.
