DEVICE TRACKING FEATURES
View Device Name, Type of Device (Mobile/Tablet) and the current Zonka Feedback App Version on the device.
With App Status, you can see if the App is currently Online (survey is active), Offline (app is not logged in or internet not connected), or on the Dashboard (on the app dashboard).
Battery Life & Charging
Know the battery life of your Survey Kiosk Devices and also see if the device is currently plugged into a charger. This can be very handy for unattended feedback.
View the date and time of the last communication with the remote Survey Device.
This shows the time for which the device was operational for capturing responses.
View the number of responses captured through the device with 'Responses Collected'.
If you've set up multiple locations in your survey, use this to know which location is currently active for the device.
With Sync History, you can view the log of when the syncing of responses took place from Device to Platform.
It shows the details regarding the accessibility of the device like user who accessed it, date/time, IP address.
