Understanding Employee Loyalty with NPS Surveys
Employee NPS or eNPS, as popularly know, is a great ways for organizations to measure employee loyalty. Initially NPS was mostly used for customer feedback but was later employed by organizations and employers and has gained a lot of popularity in the organizational domain.
The eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) is very closely linked to Employee Satisfaction and Employee Engagement. However, it is not a comprehensive measure of Employee Engagement and should ideally be used in addition with other questions.
