Building EU Data Hosting

We started by building our infrastructure in the US with a great team, which worked well for our customers. However, we also wanted to expand our horizon by offering support to those operating from the EU and wanted their data to be hosted within their regional boundaries.

To adhere to the data residency programs and security requirements, we replicated the process of building our US infrastructure and created the all-new EU data hosting infrastructure.

A lot of businesses have a preference for local presence and have to abide by regional rules and regulations. We now have EU hosting available to all new customers to cater to those requirements. It means that your most important data will now remain entirely in Europe.

How to Use Regional Data Hosting?

With Zonka Feedback's regional data hosting, all you have to do is sign up and choose the data center. That is it!

When you sign up, your region is automatically detected. If you sign up from the EU, your account will automatically be created in the EU data server. If you operate outside the EU, your account will automatically be made on the US data server. Alternatively, you can also choose to switch the data center while signing up.
