Turn Zonka Feedback Survey Contacts as Leads and Deals in Pipedrive

Zonka Feedback's Pipedrive Integration allows you to send Personalized emails, automated follow-ups surveys once you make changes in your Pipedrive CRM. The Zonka feedback account can automatically send surveys to customers after completing the deal or updating the deal and adding a new contact to Pipedrive CRM based on the new survey response.

What you need:
  • A Zonka Feedback account 
  • A Pipedrive account
  • Choose a Survey from Survey List View and head to the Integrations tab from the top navigation.
  • Click on 'Connect' in Pipedrive.
  • Next, you will see the Pipedrive Integrations Detail Page and click on 'Connect to Pipedrive' to connect your Zonka Feedback Account.
  • You’ll be redirected to your Pipedrive account. If you're not logged in, you will have to log in at this step.
  • Once chosen, you will see an Authorization Screen. Click on 'Allow' to give permission to Zonka Feedback to access your Pipedrive account.
  • Now, Zonka Feedback and Pipedrive are connected successfully.
