Send out Email Surveys to your Intercom Users

Intercom is an amazing tool to create conversational, messenger-based experiences with your customers

Build better customer relationships with your customers with Intercom and Zonka Feedback integration. This integration instantly allows you to collect customer feedback from your customers by sending out email surveys.

What you need:
  • A Zonka Feedback account 
  • An Intercom account
  • Choose a Survey from Survey List View and head to the Integrations tab from the top navigation.
  • Click on 'Connect' in Intercom. 
  • Next, you will see the Intercom Integrations Detail Page where you can click to 'Connect to Intercom’ to connect your Zonka Feedback Account.
  • You’ll be redirected to Intercom. If you're not logged in, you will have to log in at this step.
  • Enable the 'Send a feedback Email automatically' option.
  • Click on ‘Save’ once done.
